Fitment and Selection Guide
Select the option that matches both your motorcycle model year and preferred finish. Part 170001 is the chrome kit for 2014–2022 Sportster XL models; 170002 is black for 2014–2022 Sportster XL models; 170003 is chrome for pre-2014 Sportster XL models; and 170004 is black for pre-2014 Sportster XL models. Confirm your motorcycle year, model and existing control configuration before ordering. Fitment can vary on motorcycles with aftermarket exhaust systems, engine guards or other accessories occupying the forward-control mounting area.
What Is Included
The package includes the forward-control components and mounting hardware represented in the image for the selected part number. Installation should be completed by a qualified motorcycle technician. After installation, verify brake operation, shift-lever travel, fastener torque and clearance through the full range of suspension and steering movement before riding.
