Custom orders require careful approval because personalized goods cannot usually be resold or changed after production begins.
What to review
Check product dimensions, artwork position, spelling, dates, chapter names, member details, colors, borders, materials, finishes and attachments.
Digital proof or physical sample
The appropriate approval method depends on the product and order. A digital proof may show layout and specifications; a paid physical sample may be recommended when materials, color or construction must be assessed in person.
Approval responsibility
Production follows the approved proof or sample within normal manufacturing tolerances. Please consolidate feedback and have an authorized club representative provide final written approval.
