Retail items
Eligibility depends on item condition, timing and the applicable store policy. Items should remain unused, unworn and in their original condition unless the issue is a verified defect or fulfillment error.
Custom products
Personalized and made-to-order products are generally not returnable for preference changes after approval. If an item differs materially from the approved specification or arrives damaged, send photos and details for review.

Do not return a parcel without instructions. Contact us first for the correct review steps, return address if applicable, and any required authorization.
