Shipping Information
Shipping is the movement of prepared goods to the delivery destination. It begins after the work needed to release those goods, which can include order checks, stock preparation, artwork approval, or custom production. To understand an individual order, use its confirmation, agreed specification, dispatch information, and carrier events together. This guide explains the stages and the practical steps you can take when a parcel or delivery arrangement needs attention.
Separate processing, production, and transit
Processing can include checking order details and preparing an item for fulfilment. Custom production adds work tied to your particular specification, such as artwork preparation, approval, manufacturing, or finishing. Transit concerns the carrier journey after handoff. A quoted transport estimate should not be read as the total time from submitting a design to receiving finished goods.
For a customized order, identify any choice still awaiting approval and whether the production scope has been confirmed. Changes to dimensions, artwork, quantities, or variants may require the schedule to be reassessed. The Custom Process guide explains the sequence of decisions before dispatch. A payment record alone does not show that every production input is complete.
Understand the delivery information for your order
Read the shipping option and destination recorded at checkout or in the accepted quotation. Availability, cost, and estimates can depend on product size, quantity, parcel weight, route, and receiving location. If an option is unclear, ask before making arrangements that depend on it. An estimated arrival date is planning information and can change when a carrier or import authority encounters an exception.
For an event, tell us the date goods are needed at the receiving location, not just the event date. Allow for your own inspection, sorting, and onward distribution. A venue that accepts parcels only during a narrow period introduces a receiving constraint that should be explained before fulfilment is arranged.
Check the address before fulfilment
Use a complete recipient name, delivery address, locality, postal code where applicable, and country. Include unit, building, business, or access information needed by the destination carrier. Confirm that the intended recipient can receive the parcel and respond to official delivery questions. For a club order, decide whether one coordinator will receive the shipment or whether a different distribution arrangement has been discussed.
If you notice an error, send the order reference and the precise correction promptly. State which field is wrong and provide the replacement text in full. Address changes depend on the order stage and carrier capabilities; editing a saved account address should not be assumed to update an already placed order.
Read dispatch notices by parcel
A dispatch notice may contain a carrier name, tracking reference, and a list of included items. Match that list to your order. The creation of a shipping label can precede the carrier’s first physical scan, so an initial information-received status does not always mean the parcel is moving through a depot. Check the carrier’s official tracking view for the latest available event.
Use Track Your Order if the number is unrecognized, events stop updating, or a local delivery reference appears. Copy the tracking number accurately and avoid confusing it with the store order number. The two references identify different parts of the transaction.
Allow for split shipments
Products in one order may have different preparation needs or packing requirements. When more than one parcel is involved, each may follow its own dispatch and transit sequence. Keep all shipment notices until the complete order has arrived. One delivered parcel does not establish the location or status of the remaining goods.
Check the packing information before reporting an omission. List what arrived, the parcel reference, and what you expected in that parcel. If no notice explains the missing items, contact support for clarification. Do not assume that every tracking number contains the full order or that the first arrival marks the transaction complete.
International handoffs and customs
An international shipment may move between an export carrier, transport network, import processing facility, and local delivery operator. Tracking descriptions and update frequency can differ at each stage. A new local reference may appear when responsibility transfers. Retain both references if available, since one may show international movement while the other records the final delivery attempt.
Import authorities can inspect goods, request information, or assess duties, taxes, and handling charges according to the shipment and destination. Check the applicable order terms for how charges are addressed, and seek current local guidance when the treatment is unclear. We cannot determine customs release timing. Do not request inaccurate descriptions or values to avoid import requirements.
Respond to carrier requests carefully
A request to confirm an address, arrange collection, or supply import information needs to be connected to your actual shipment. Verify it through the carrier’s official website or a contact route you can independently confirm. Unexpected payment links in messages should not be treated as authentic merely because you are expecting a delivery.
If a genuine request is unclear, record its wording and contact support with the tracking reference. Avoid publishing a full shipping label in a public conversation. A missed collection or unsuccessful delivery can change the parcel’s route; tell support about the notice while the carrier’s stated options are still available.
Delays, suspected loss, and damage
Weather, network disruption, capacity constraints, incorrect routing, and import checks can affect progress. Read the most recent event and the carrier’s explanation before drawing a conclusion. An interval without a scan is not conclusive evidence of loss. A useful enquiry includes the last known location, event date, destination, and any steps already taken with the carrier.
For a damaged arrival, preserve the parcel, labels, internal packing, and item. Photograph the outside before discarding anything, then capture the overall contents and specific damage. Report missing contents separately from visible damage so both concerns can be assessed. Consult Returns & Order Issues before shipping anything back or attempting repairs.
Shipping questions
Does choosing a faster transport option shorten custom production?
Transport and manufacturing are different stages. A faster available carrier service does not automatically change artwork review, material preparation, or production work. Ask which stage an estimate covers and whether any outstanding approval affects the schedule before comparing options for a time-sensitive project.
Can a parcel be redirected after dispatch?
That depends on the carrier, route, shipment status, and available service options. Send the requested destination correction through support and follow verified carrier instructions where appropriate. Until a change is confirmed, treat the original address as the address associated with the shipment.
Who should receive a club shipment?
Choose a person or business able to accept the goods, check the contents, and handle delivery notices. Give the coordinator the relevant shipment references. If goods will then be divided among members, keep that onward distribution plan distinct from the delivery arrangement recorded on the order.
What if customs asks for an invoice?
Check that the request comes from the relevant carrier or authority and identify the tracking number it concerns. Use accurate transaction information and ask support if a purchase document needs clarification. Do not alter the item description or transaction value to match an assumed import allowance.
Should I discard torn packaging after opening?
Keep it while a damage or missing-content concern is unresolved. Outer packaging, seals, cushioning, and labels may explain how the contents were protected and which parcel was involved. Take clear photographs, but avoid handling sharp or damaged components in a way that creates an additional hazard.
How do I ask for a shipping investigation?
Visit Contact Us with the order and shipment identifiers, the latest official tracking entry, and a concise description of the exception. Include existing carrier correspondence and your receiving checks. The facts determine the next enquiry; this guide does not predetermine compensation or a delivery outcome.
