This selector contains six separately sold configurations: two fork-assembly-only options and four model-labeled conversion kits. Fork-only choices are 45400393 Gold and 45400392 Black; the kits are Gold or Black for seller-labeled Road Glide or Street Glide applications.
Contents and engineering scope
Do not assume fork-only variants include triple clamps, axle, brake mounts, fender hardware, bearings, controls or conversion parts. Obtain a signed per-SKU bill of materials and drawings for every kit. Confirm fork length/travel, tube and clamp diameters, offset, rake/trail effect, axle diameter, wheel/rotor/fender geometry, brake caliper and line routing, ABS sensor/tone-ring compatibility and steering-stop/lock provisions.
Vehicle fitment and setup
CVO 117/121, Touring, Road Glide, Street Glide and 2023+/2024+/2025+ wording are seller-provided leads, not universal compatibility. Verify VIN-level year/model/trim/market, frame neck, wheel/tire, brakes, ABS, fender, fairing, bars/controls and intended ride height. Request spring rate, damping specification, fluid/service data, load limits, fastener grades, torque values and alignment procedure.
Safety and legal gate
This steering, suspension and braking modification requires a qualified motorcycle technician and documented engineering compatibility. After installation verify steering bearings, alignment, axle/brakes/ABS, hose and wiring slack, steering lock, full compression/rebound and tire/fender/fairing clearances. Perform stationary checks and progressive low-speed testing before road use, re-torque as specified, and verify inspection, insurance and road-law requirements. Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
