The live menu offers four finished Pixiu earring choices and one custom-work deposit. Choose Stud Single, Stud Pair, Clip-On Single or Clip-On Pair for a finished selector path. Custom Stud Deposit is not shipped separately and must not be mistaken for an earring.
Attachment and quantity
Stud paths are for pierced ears; the exact post and back remain unverified. Clip-On marks the non-pierced paths. Single denotes one piece and Pair denotes two pieces, subject to package confirmation. Request face dimensions, weight, post length and gauge, back type, clip construction, pad material, clamping-force range and retention testing.
Custom-stud deposit safeguards
Before paying the deposit, obtain written scope, total price and remaining balance, drawings or proof approval, production lead time, revision limits, cancellation and refund terms, and a remedy if the agreed custom work cannot be completed. This payment option carries no unstated reservation, production or delivery guarantee.
Claims boundary
Sterling silver is a seller label pending hallmark, assay, composition, finish, solder, coating and skin-contact evidence. Pixiu is presented only as ornament; it does not create wealth, luck, protection, health effects, identity, status, membership or affiliation. Discontinue wear if a fitting loosens or irritation develops.

Estimated transit time is 12–26 business days. Processing and production time varies by product; custom and made-to-order items require production before shipment. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
