Where to find tracking
Check the dispatch email sent to the address used at checkout. If you cannot find it, check spam or promotions folders and confirm that the order has completed processing or custom production.
Tracking has not updated
A label can be created before the first carrier scan. International shipments may also pause while moving between networks or during customs processing. Allow reasonable time for the next scan.

Contact us with the order number, customer name and destination country. For privacy and security, we may ask you to confirm order details before sharing shipment information.
