International Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from Guangzhou, China. We ship to supported international destinations where carrier service and order acceptance are available.

Shipping charges

  • Standard retail products: Orders below US$1,000 do not include shipping. The actual carrier shipping charge is quoted and invoiced separately. Standard retail orders of US$1,000 or more qualify for free international shipping, unless the order contains an oversized motorcycle part or another item marked as requiring a shipping quote.
  • Custom and made-to-order products: Orders below US$2,000 do not include shipping. The actual carrier shipping charge is quoted and invoiced separately. Custom-product orders of US$2,000 or more qualify for free international shipping, unless the order contains an oversized motorcycle part.
  • Oversized motorcycle parts: Oversized items, including applicable motorcycle seats, backrests, luggage racks, fairings, windshields, exhaust systems, crash bars and similar bulky parts, never qualify for free shipping. Shipping is charged at the carrier's actual quoted cost regardless of order value.

Order-value thresholds are based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping, taxes and duties.

Shipping quotation and payment

For orders that require a shipping quote, the amount shown at the initial checkout does not represent free shipping and the order is not ready for dispatch. After the final packed weight, dimensions, number of packages and delivery destination are confirmed, we obtain a quotation from the carrier and email the customer a separate shipping invoice.

The shipping invoice must be paid in full before the order is dispatched. A quotation is valid only until the date stated in the email and may change if the delivery address, packaging, shipment method, carrier rate, remote-area surcharge or other shipment information changes.

If a shipping invoice is not paid within 7 calendar days, the order may be placed on hold. If payment remains outstanding, we may cancel the order and process any applicable refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and the status of any custom production already authorized.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Production and processing times vary by product. Custom and made-to-order products require production before shipment. Any transit estimate starts after dispatch and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information is provided when available.

Duties, taxes and destination charges

Unless an invoice expressly states that a shipment is delivered duty paid (DDP), product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, destination taxes, customs-clearance fees, brokerage fees, storage charges or other destination-country charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
