Start a Custom Motorcycle Club Gear Project
Start a custom motorcycle club gear project with a clear brief, approved artwork, or an early idea that needs practical guidance. Motorcycle Club Shop can review requests for patches, pins, apparel, accessories, and other club-focused products. Every project is assessed from the information you provide; submitting the form starts a conversation and does not create a production schedule, price, or order.
What to include in your request
Tell us the product type, estimated quantity, preferred size or dimensions, colors, finish, destination country, and the date the finished goods are needed. If several chapters, sizes, or variants are involved, list them separately. Explain whether your quantity is confirmed or only an estimate. For event-related projects, allow time for internal approval, production, shipping, inspection, and distribution.
Artwork and authorization
Upload the clearest available artwork and identify the person authorized to approve it. Vector files are useful when available, but a readable reference can help begin the review. You must have permission to use club names, logos, photographs, slogans, and other protected material. Membership or access to an online image does not automatically grant reproduction rights. Review our Intellectual Property Policy before submitting third-party artwork.
From brief to approved proof
The custom process normally begins with scope review and clarification. Product construction, size, colors, borders, backing, plating, packaging, and other specifications may need to be confirmed. A digital proof or other approval record helps define what should be produced. Check spelling, dates, chapter details, dimensions, orientation, and quantities carefully. Production should not be assumed to begin until the applicable specification and commercial details are confirmed.
Pricing, quantity, and timing
Custom pricing depends on the product, construction, dimensions, quantity, variants, artwork work, packaging, and destination. A general website example is not a quotation for a different specification. Timing also depends on the completeness of the brief, approval changes, production requirements, and delivery route. If you have a deadline, state the required delivery date and why it matters; the team can then explain what can be assessed without promising an unsupported schedule.
Prepare for a useful review
- Name the product and intended use.
- Provide dimensions, quantity, variants, and destination.
- Attach artwork or describe the concept clearly.
- Identify the rights holder and approving contact.
- State the required delivery date and any event context.
- List questions that must be resolved before approval.
For a broader overview, read the Custom Process, Upload Your Logo, and Sample Approval guides. Large or multi-variant requests can also use the Bulk Orders guide.
Send your custom project
Use the form below to provide one complete record. Avoid sending payment details, passwords, private member lists, or unrelated identity documents. If a file or fact changes after submission, identify the project and describe the exact revision so the current version remains clear.
