Payment, Shipping & Returns
Review payment, shipping, delivery, and return information before placing an order. The details that apply to a purchase can depend on the product, customization, quantity, destination, and terms shown at checkout or in an accepted quotation. This page is a practical summary of the store’s current guidance; it does not replace product-specific information, your order record, or rights that apply under law.
Payment information
The payment options available for an order are shown through the applicable checkout or quotation process. Confirm the currency, total, delivery details, and any custom specification before completing payment. Do not send card numbers or account passwords by email or through a public message. A payment record confirms a transaction step, but for custom work it does not by itself show that artwork, dimensions, quantities, or production approval are complete.
Processing, custom production, and transit
These are different stages. Processing can include order checks and stock preparation. Custom production can include artwork review, approval, manufacturing, and finishing. Transit begins after a parcel is handed to the carrier. A carrier estimate should not be treated as the total time from submitting a design to receiving finished goods. Changes to artwork, quantity, variants, or destination can require the plan to be reassessed.
Shipping availability, cost, and estimates can depend on parcel size, weight, route, product, quantity, and destination. Use the option and address recorded at checkout or in the accepted quotation. If timing is important, state the date goods must arrive and allow time for inspection or onward distribution. Read the detailed Shipping Information guide.
Tracking and delivery exceptions
When tracking is provided, match the carrier reference to the correct parcel. A shipping-label event may appear before the first physical carrier scan, and split shipments can have separate references. Check the carrier’s official tracking view and keep dispatch notices until the full order arrives. For an address error, stalled tracking, unsuccessful delivery, customs request, or suspected loss, contact support with the order number, tracking reference, latest carrier event, and destination.
International delivery
International parcels can move through export, import, and local delivery networks. Customs authorities may inspect goods, request information, or assess duties, taxes, and handling charges according to the shipment and destination. Check the applicable order terms and current local guidance. Customs release timing cannot be guaranteed, and descriptions or values must not be altered to avoid import requirements.
Returns and order issues
The current refund policy provides a 30-day period after receiving an item to request a return. Eligible items must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact support before sending anything back; items returned without first requesting a return are not accepted under that policy.
Custom products, including special orders and personalized items, are listed among non-returnable exceptions. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded by the current policy. This does not prevent you from reporting damage, a wrong item, missing contents, or a possible difference from an approved custom specification. Preserve the goods, packaging, labels, and relevant proof while the issue is reviewed.
Damage, incorrect items, and refunds
Inspect the order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support promptly with the order reference, affected quantity, photographs, and a concise explanation. Do not install, alter, repair, wash, or discard an item or its packaging while a condition or safety concern is unresolved.
When a return is received and inspected, the store will notify you whether a refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the bank or card provider may need additional time to post the funds. For full steps, read Refund Policy and Returns & Order Issues.
