“Synthetic leather,” quilting and contour descriptions are supplier/store labels. Confirm the exact selected item, dimensions, base/pad construction, mounting brackets, fasteners and instructions.
Fitment and passenger safety
Verify motorcycle model/year/trim, frame and fender mounting points, Tour-Pak shell size and hole pattern, seat-to-tank/fender clearance and compatibility with grab straps, passenger footrests and luggage hardware. A two-up label does not by itself confirm vehicle passenger rating.
Installation checks
Use correct service-manual hardware and torque. Confirm full latch engagement, no movement, wiring clearance and no contact through full suspension travel. Before carrying a passenger, verify the motorcycle is approved and equipped for one, all passenger supports are present, and the seat/backrest remains secure after a controlled solo test.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
