This two-up seat has four upholstery labels: 0802-1551 Diamond/Double Black Stitch, 0802-1552 Perforated, 0802-1553 Double Line and 0802-1554 Diamond/Double Chestnut Stitch.
Vehicle and component fitment
Softail Low Rider S and ST are seller-provided compatibility leads, not universal fitment. Verify exact year, model, trim, market, frame and fender, fuel-tank/console, mounting tab/fastener, electrical-module clearance and conflicts with racks, sissy bars or other accessories. Request overall length/width/height, rider and passenger seating-area dimensions, seat-pan and bracket materials, foam specification and exact included hardware.
Rider and passenger safety gate
“Supportive,” durable and two-up capability are seller descriptions pending load, foam, cover, seam and retention evidence. Confirm the motorcycle's passenger rating and required passenger pegs, grab strap/handhold, backrest or other equipment under the vehicle manual and local law. Verify that the selected configuration does not cover controls, labels or service access.
Installation and checks
Use the correct service procedure and torque. Confirm positive front/rear engagement, secure latch/fastener, full suspension/tire/fender clearance and stable rider/passenger position. Perform stationary pull/load checks and a controlled solo low-speed test before carrying a passenger; recheck hardware after initial rides. Brand names identify compatibility targets only.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
