The live selector has one single-earring path, one pair path and one Custom Earring Deposit that is not shipped separately. The deposit is a payment step, not a finished earring and not an extra product. Do not purchase it without a written custom-project scope linked to the order.
Standard quantity evidence
Confirm Single means one finished earring and Pair means two matching pieces. Request outer and inner hoop diameter, thickness, opening width, weight per piece and close-ups identifying the post, hinge, latch, clip or other attachment. Obtain closure-cycle, retention, edge and snag evidence.
Custom deposit controls
Before accepting a deposit, document the design, dimensions, materials and finishes, quantity, price balance, artwork authorization, proof or sample approval, production time, revision limits, cancellation and refund terms, remedy for variance and whether the deposit is credited to the final invoice. No physical item ships from the deposit path alone.
Material and meaning boundary
Sterling silver and Mountain and Sea Oath are seller labels pending assay, composition and finish evidence. The motif does not promise loyalty, protection, identity, affiliation or any personal outcome.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
