Motorcycle Club Shop respects trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights and expects customers to submit only authorized content.
Custom artwork authorization
By submitting names, logos, patches, emblems, photographs or other content, you represent that you own the rights or have permission from the rights holder to use them for the requested purpose.
Review and refusal
We may request evidence of authorization and may decline, pause or cancel custom work when ownership or permission is unclear. Acceptance of an order does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property.
Report a concern
A rights holder or authorized representative can contact us with identification, the protected work or mark, the relevant store URL, contact information and a good-faith explanation of the concern. We will review complete notices and take appropriate action.
