Compatibility and retention checks
Confirm actual handlebar diameter at the mounting point, available straight length, 10 mm ball compatibility, phone width/thickness including its case, clamp range, included hardware and device-retention method. “Vibration-Damped” does not guarantee protection from camera or electronics damage.
Installation and riding safety
Install with verified fastener and torque instructions. At full steering lock and through suspension movement, confirm clearance from cables, controls, tank, fairing and instruments. Position the phone so it does not obstruct vision or controls. Test retention while stationary and at controlled low speed; never adjust or operate the phone while riding.
Material boundary
Aluminum alloy, painted finish and 360-degree rotation are supplier/store claims. Request material, rotation-lock and load specifications when relevant.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).

– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
