Fitment and setup
Seller fitment begins with selected 2021+ Harley-Davidson Touring and compatible M8 Softail cable-clutch applications using the original cable. Verify exact model/year/trim, release mechanism, cable end, thread, travel, bracket clearance and included hardware. A model-family label is not a fitment guarantee.

No reduction percentage or easier-operation result is verified. Use a qualified technician and the service manual. Set cable free play, confirm full disengagement and engagement, check lever return and steering-lock cable routing, secure all adjusters, then perform stationary and controlled low-speed tests. Do not ride with drag, slip, binding, poor return or uncertain gear engagement.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
