This listing offers one model-specific exhaust heat-shield liner per selected option. Choose 1861-1716 for seller-labeled RH975 Nightster use, 1861-1655 for Pan America, or 1861-1848 for Sportster S. The three liners are separate choices, not one combined kit.
Fitment to confirm
Match the required part number and verify the exact motorcycle model, model year, factory or aftermarket exhaust configuration, shield shape, mounting points, component clearance and included fasteners or ties. A model-family name alone does not establish compatibility when the exhaust has been replaced or modified.
Heat and installation boundary
Reduced radiant heat and improved comfort are supplier/store claims; no temperature reduction, burn prevention or protective rating is promised. Exhaust parts can remain hot after shutdown. Allow the system to cool fully, use verified service procedures and keep the liner clear of sensors, wiring, hoses, moving parts and drainage or ventilation paths.
After installation, confirm secure retention and clearance through the full operating range, then inspect for contact, scorching, odor, smoke, looseness or abnormal exhaust behavior. Stop use if any appears. Professional installation is recommended where heat clearances or exhaust disassembly are uncertain.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
