The broad Nightster 975 and Sportster S labels do not identify model years, RH975 versus RH975S variants, OEM cross-references or whether both products fit both motorcycles. Before ordering, confirm VIN-derived model/year, frame and mounting points, hole spacing, tube or plate dimensions, included brackets and fasteners, fastener grades, torque values and compatibility with existing exhaust, controls, bodywork and accessories.
Installation and protection boundary
One-piece steel, durable black finish and protection are seller claims without material certificate, coating specification, load rating or crash-test evidence. These parts cannot guarantee prevention of injury or motorcycle damage. Use a qualified installer, follow verified torque instructions and check steering, suspension, lean-angle, cooling, hose and wiring clearance.
After installation, inspect retention and interference while stationary, then conduct a controlled low-speed test. Recheck fasteners after the prescribed service interval.

– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
