Flags are not included because no live variant names a flag.
Choose by exact vehicle layout
Harley-Davidson Touring, saddlebag and Tour-Pak wording is a seller-provided fitment lead, not universal compatibility. Verify exact year, model, trim, market, short versus extended saddlebag, Tour-Pak presence, inner/outer side, exhaust layout, antenna, lights, lid travel, mounting surface and bracket geometry. Confirm the exact pole count and all brackets, fasteners, backing plates and tools included per SKU.
Dimensions and load gate
Heavy-duty and telescoping are seller descriptions pending material, collapsed/extended length, tube diameter, lock/retention, corrosion and vibration evidence. Request permitted flag dimensions/weight, static/dynamic load, wind-speed or riding-use limits, fastener grade and torque. Confirm flag attachment hardware separately.

Protect painted surfaces and verify lid operation, suspension/tire/exhaust clearance, lighting/plate visibility and passenger/luggage access. Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
