Fit and adjustment evidence
Request inner width and height, opening gap, internal circumference before adjustment, band width and thickness, end shape and total weight. Document the approved one-time adjustment method, minimum and maximum safe opening, bend location and cycle testing. Repeated bending can fatigue or crack metal and is not implied by “adjustable.”

– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
