The selector has six finished-earring paths plus one custom deposit that is not shipped separately. Black, White and Green Crystal labels each appear as Single or Pair. The final path is a Custom Black Crystal Single Deposit; it is a payment step, not a finished earring.
Quantity and attachment evidence
Confirm Single means one finished earring and Pair means two matching pieces. Request total dimensions, drop length, cross and stone dimensions, weight per piece, and close-ups identifying the post, hook, hinge, latch, clip or other attachment. Obtain closure-cycle, retention, edge and snag evidence.
Crystal, metal and setting evidence
Crystal color, sterling silver and craftsmanship are seller labels pending stone identification or simulant disclosure, treatment, setting method and retention, plus hallmark, assay, composition, solid-versus-hollow and skin-contact evidence.
Custom and symbol boundary
Before accepting a deposit, document scope, dimensions, materials, quantity, balance, artwork authorization, proof approval, production time, revisions, cancellation, refund and variance remedy. The cross is decorative and does not promise faith, protection, identity, rank or affiliation.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
