Storage layout
The current specification lists one main compartment, one interior zip wall pocket and two slip pockets, with a zipper closure. Claims that a phone, iPad, bottle or umbrella fits require usable opening and interior measurements and the full dimensions of the intended item; external bag size alone is insufficient.
Strap and carry evidence
Request the seven-hole measurement reference, strap thickness, buckle and attachment hardware, anchor stitching and a tested carry-load limit. This is a body-carried shoulder or crossbody bag, not motorcycle-mounted luggage. Secure or remove loose straps before riding.
Leather and hardware evidence
Vegetable-tanned cowhide requires species, hide layer, tannage, coating or finish and supply-chain evidence. Request lining fibre, zipper and hardware composition, seam and edge construction, abrasion, colorfastness, flex and water-response evidence. Screen color and natural hide variation may differ from a finished bag.
Care
Use a conditioner only after the cowhide finish is documented and test it in a hidden area. The former horsehide-care instruction was inconsistent with this cowhide product and does not apply.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
